If you have had a Chronicle of Higher Ed account before either through a different provider or through your own paid account. The best way to renewing/update you account is to either create the new account or update the password while on campus. Doing this on campus will associate the IP authentication with your account. Again, make sure to use your SLCC email account.
If, for some reason, this doesn't work, create a new account using your Bruin Mail email (email@example.com). You should still recieve the confirmation email to your standard SLCC email.
