Display your research poster at the library!

Students participating in UP3RC* are invited to display their research posters at the library after the event!

Talk to a librarian at the check-in area of the LAC during UP3RC on April 30 and May 1, 2025.

How to display your poster at the library:

  1. Present a poster at UP3RC
  2. Fill out a form
  3. Add a sticky note to your poster (library staff in the LAC will give you one after the form is completed)
  4. Library staff will move your poster to the library for display after UP3RC is over!

*Have you presented a research poster somewhere else this academic year? Your posters are welcome too! You'll just need to bring your posters and the completed form to the Markosian Library (Taylorsville Redwood Campus).

Frequently Asked Questions

Does everyone in my group need to fill out a form?

No, but you all must agree to display your poster at the library. Select one person to be the primary contact and fill out the contract.

Which library will my poster be displayed in?

Most posters will be displayed at the Markosian Library (Taylorsville-Redwood Campus). Some posters will be displayed at the South City Campus Library and Jordan Campus Library.

Will I get my poster back?

Yes! If you indicate on the form that you want your poster back, and we are able to contact you, we can return your poster to you. If you want to donate your poster to the library for display into the indefinite future (and disposal when we are done with it), you can do that too.

When will my poster be displayed?

It depends! We anticipate displaying posters during Finals Week (May 5-9). We may display posters during Summer 2025, and potentially into Fall semester. There is a question on the form that asks when you'd like your poster back and we will work around those dates.

Will I need to be at my poster to present my research in person?

No! These posters will just be available in the library for others to read and review on their own time. There are no events related to this display.

What if I don't see a librarian during UP3RC but want to display my poster?

Use the link above to download and complete the form. Bring the form with you to the Taylorsville-Redwood Campus Markosian Library along with your poster and we'll add it to our display!
