Promoting free access to Medical Journals, this site gives links to over 2000 journals that allow free access to their articles. Most of the journals have an "embargo" period meaning CURRENT ISSUES ARE NOT FREE. Most of the embargos seem to be one year with the older issues being free.
This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. We aim to cover all subjects and languages. There are now over 4000 journals in the directory. Currently more than 1400 journals are searchable at article level.
