We're glad you chose Media and Society for one of your classes this semester! My name is Keith and I am the research librarian for Communications, Media, and Arts. I worked with your professor to design this page to help you find the Library resources that will make you successful in this class.
Did you know that a 2013 study found that students who use the Library had better GPAs and course completion rates than non-Library users?
Becoming familiar with how to use the Library resources will not only help you now, but when transferring to another college or university, you will be familiar with some of their resources also. I have worked with hundreds of students and the top thing they tell me is: I wish I had known about all of the Library's services sooner. It would have been so much easier to complete my classes, if I had known about it earlier.
